They stay in the home for the entire year and are used over and over again during that period of time. The directories do work and you only make one investment for the whole year. TERMS: Pre-Payment discount = 5%. All payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless other terms are specifically indicated on signed agreement.
Verbal Commitments: All verbal orders are considered binding, and a copy of an agreement will be forwarded to client.
Copy Acceptance: Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising.
Copy Responsibility: Submission of copy is the responsibility of the advertiser unless otherwise noted on the advertiser’s agreement.
Copy Authorization: All advertisements are accepted and published by the publisher upon the representation that the advertiser and or agency is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. In consideration of the Publisher’s acceptance of such advertisements, the advertiser and or agency will indemnify and hold the publisher harmless from and against an loss or expense resulting from claims or suits for defamation, libel, violation of privacy, plagiarism and copyright infringement.
Proofing: If we are to design clients ad, a proof of the completed ad designed by our graphic artist will be submitted to the client. (If the Client’s agency or the client is providing their own ad, no proof will be provided.) Proofs will be limited to TWO (2) Ad Proofs. If any changes are made after the second proof is submitted, an hourly charge at the our current hourly rate will be added to the charge for the ad. Publisher requires that a final, approved and signed ad proof be returned before publication.
Materials Required If Art Is Supplied:
We only accept electronic files, CMYK color, NO SPOT COLORS, 300 dpi in the following formats: PDF is preferred; we also accept CMYK 300 dpi CorelDRAW files, TIFF, and JPEG files.
KBC, Inc., is not responsible for color shifts when converting your file if it contains RGB or spot colors.
